Incredibly disappointed, angry, and sick. Called to verify appointment for the following day, the office called back hours later to inform me after waiting for over a month, my appointment would have to be rescheduled due to lacking medical records. I signed releases and moreover, verified the appointment, but it is 'the patient's responsibility' to obtain the records I wasn't aware they did not recieve. I've been ill for over two months and apparently will remain so until I find another doctor to take me, I will not reschedule within an office with such a lack of communication and caring for the patient.
